Can I commission work? 

Yes, I do take on commissions when the project is the right fit. Give me a holler over here to let me know what you’re looking for and I’ll be in touch.

How are prints packaged? 

My prints are packaged with extreme care and attention to detail. You can watch a video of me unboxing a paper print HERE.

How is my package shipped?

Most woven fine art pieces and paintings are shipped via FedEx, but depending on size and destinations other carriers are available. Please inquire if you would prefer a particular carrier for delivery. All artwork is wrapped in paper, braced, padded extremely well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box or crate.

DOMESTIC

Fine art shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and distance. If there is any discrepancy -/+ I will let you know via email.

INTERNATIONAL

  • International packages sometimes incur additional costs that are outside of my control. Border fees, duties, and handling fees may be charged by other countries. Tracking is sometimes unreliable with international shipments. That being said, I mail packages internationally regularly, and with great success.

Can I pick up my purchase from your studio?

Not at this time. We are in the middle of moving. Contact me via email at jen@jencrowestudio.com to see if when we’d be able to accommodate a pick up.

(USUALLY - You are very welcome to pick up your purchase from my home studio. Use the code "StudioPickup" at checkout to forgo shipping fees altogether and we will work out a time to meet via email.)

I take great care in preparing and packing every order. I would like you to be thrilled when your piece arrives. If you have any questions about returns, please see my policies here.

Who actually owns the work?

I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original fine art.  When you purchase an original painting or installation piece you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business (hooray!) but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.

Where do I shop your jewelry?
