Can I commission work? 

Yes, I do take on commissions when the project is the right fit. Give me a holler over here to let me know what you’re looking for and I’ll be in touch.

How is my package shipped?

All jewelry and woven wearable packages are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail which comes with tracking. Each piece of jewelry is placed with care inside a beautiful suede pouch and custom box. The box is closed with ribbon and packed securely inside a shippable box to arrive safely to you.

Most woven fine art pieces and paintings are also shipped via USPS, but depending on size and destinations other carriers are available. Please inquire if you would prefer a particular carrier for delivery. All artwork is wrapped in paper, braced, padded extremely well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box.

DOMESTIC

Jewelry and woven wearables shipped USPS Priority Mail should arrive within 1-3 business days barring any weather or unforeseen USPS delays. Faster shipping options are available for an additional cost. Please contact me with any shipping questions.

Fine art shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and distance. If there is any discrepancy -/+ I will let you know via email.

INTERNATIONAL

Jewelry and woven wearables shipped USPS Priority Mail International should arrive within 6-10 business days barring any weather or unforeseen USPS delays.

  • International packages are a bit outside of my control. Border fees, duties, and handling fees may be charged by other countries. Tracking is also quite unreliable with international shipments. That being said, I mail packages internationally regularly, and with great success.

Can I pick up my purchase from your studio?

Absolutely. You are very welcome to pick up your purchase from home studio in Warrenton, Oregon, or from our gallery in Astoria, Oregon (opening fall 2019). Use the code "StudioPickup" at checkout to forgo shipping fees altogether and we will work out a time to meet via email. You may contact me to set up a time at jen@jencrowestudio.com

Who actually owns the work?

I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original fine art.  When you purchase an original painting or installation piece you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business (hooray!) but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
