A Time of Exploration

My husband and I recently relocated to the Santa Cruz mountains. That means we have already moved twice in 2024! Yikes, lot’s of packing and unpacking. I’m so glad that we found a home here in the redwoods and even happier that it means we’ll be staying put for a while!

I’ve got a brand new studio space that I’m settling into and it is absolutely lovely. The biggest redwoods on our property are right outside one of my studio windows! I’m feeling pretty lucky. While I’m still unpacking (and probably will be for a while) I’m realizing that the studio has enough room for my painting station, office desk and a weaving/textiles area.

Who remembers my weaving, or better yet, who remembers my jewelry? If you’ve been around long enough to remember me as a weaver and jeweler, thank you for sticking around!

I’ve got lot’s of plans formulating for the future and am excited to start learning all about our new art community here in Santa Cruz County! If you’re an artist in Santa Cruz or the San Lorenzo Valley please drop me a line and introduce yourself. I always love talking shop with other creatives!
